Whale number 24 just went below 1 trillion tokens so now we have just 23 whales over a trillion I think on twitter is doing something like with daily short volume ratio. you could set it up similar to your written one but the calculated columns automatically populate once you enter the formula for short volume. I'm not skilled enough to code something but you can use microsoft excel or google sheets or (free office-like apps) to enter and track.
